Tantric therapy is for anyone who wishes to reconnect with themselves, find meaning, clarity and inner freedom. It is for you if you are going through a period of transition, fatigue or loss of vital energy.

When you enter this therapeutic space, you are welcomed in everything you are: body, soul, emotions, instincts, consciousness, love. Nothing needs to be hidden or corrected.

A therapy of radical acceptance

Tantric therapy is a path of deep acceptance. It does not seek to eliminate what disturbs, but to welcome what is there: your pain, your anger, your fears, your desires, your silences. Everything that arises becomes material for awareness, rather than a problem to solve. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to become. The love that supports this approach is vast: a quality of presence that embraces every dimension of your being.

A return to the body, breath and life energy

In everyday life, we often live in our heads. The body becomes secondary, sensations are set aside. Tantric therapy invites you to return to the body as an inner home: to feel your breathing, your grounding, your tensions, your subtle movements. It is from there that emotions can release and energy can begin to flow again.

A gentle transformation, a living wisdom

Tantric therapy is a path of shedding. What "dies" in this process are the attachments to limiting beliefs, fears, habits that prevent you from living fully. As these layers release, something more alive, simpler and truer can emerge. This transformation is not abrupt; it is gentle, organic, at the rhythm of your being.

Tantra, the essence of life

Tantra, in its oldest and most authentic sense, is an art of living.

It is a path of transformation that embraces everything we are: body, soul, emotions, instincts, consciousness, love.

It rejects nothing. It integrates.

Tantra does not seek to flee from darkness: it invites us to enter it with presence, to let the light emerge.

It does not moralise. It does not judge.

Tantra is a total recognition of life in all its dimensions.

It is also sexual energy, yes, but not in the common sense of the term.

This energy is neither shameful, nor dirty, nor something to be repressed.

It is the energy of creation, the very force that brought us into being.

To refuse this energy is to sever the link with our roots, with our vital power.

Tantra reconciles the sacred and the carnal, body and spirit, the visible and the invisible.

Tantra is the joy of being born, the joy of living.

Tantra, a path of radical acceptance

Tantra is experience. It is not learned in books, but in breath, movement, encounter.

It is welcoming: of what we are, our pain, our anger, our beauty, our silence.

It is presence to oneself, presence to the other, presence to nature.

It is love, in its vastest form.

Not a romantic or conditional love, a love that includes everything, that heals through seeing, through listening, through the truth of the moment.

Tantra is a path back to oneself

In the modern world, we are often cut off from our body, our feelings, our breath.

We live in our heads, in expectations, in conditioning.

Tantra brings us back inside, where life truly pulses.

It teaches us to feel again, to breathe deeply, to honour our being in its entirety.

There is nothing to achieve, nothing to become.

There is simply… "being".

Being what we are.

No mask to show, no mask to hide.

Tantra is a shedding. A bare presence. A truth that reveals itself.

A living wisdom, a dance with mystery

Tantra is freeing oneself from attachment to things, to the past, to the future, to the mind, to illusions and fears.

It is simply living to live, letting life and nature flow through us, because we are nature itself.

It is an invitation to live fully, here and now, in awareness, in unity with all living things.

We are not separate from life, we are life.

We are not separate from consciousness, we are consciousness.

We just need to become… aware.

We are the wind, the water, the fire, the earth.

We are the breath that passes through, the silence that holds everything.

Kundalini Yoga

A precise structure,
a deep inner space

An intimate small-group space to explore breath, movement and meditation.

In contrast to all the external stimuli we have today to flee from ourselves and shift our attention with a click or a touch of a finger, quickly and superficially outward, my Kundalini Yoga class follows a precise, simple and powerful structure that allows us to enter a space within ourselves, gently and deeply.

Eyes closed, only myself facing myself. The gaze and judgement of others fades like a torch in the night rain… It is dark, there is only me. I can turn my gaze inward and finally see my heart.

The course structure
01

Opening mantra

We always begin with the chanted mantra "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo", a sacred greeting that connects us to our inner wisdom, creative energy, the Universe and the lineage of teachers. This opening moment helps us set a clear intention and enter a space of Love and trust.

Kriya

Next comes a kriya, a series of dynamic or static exercises, combining breathing, movement, sound and concentration. Each kriya acts as a precise "energetic recipe", targeting an aspect of the body, mind or soul.

Deep relaxation

After the effort, rest: a phase of deep relaxation allows the body to integrate the effects of the kriya, to regenerate and release deep tensions.

Meditation

Then comes meditation, often accompanied by a mantra, a mudra (hand gesture) or a specific breathing technique. It is a moment of inner silence, presence to oneself, alignment.

Closing mantra

We always close with the mantra "Sat Nam", which means: "True name, what I am, what you are, what we are. Creative energy. Love. That is the truth. And I bow before it." This mantra closes and seals the class, reminding us of our deep nature.

A posture in yoga is a posture in life

In my classes, I do not correct postures in a directive way.

Why? Because Kundalini Yoga does not seek external perfection, but inner alignment. Every body has its own history, wisdom, limits and strengths. Forcing or adjusting a posture without listening to what the body expresses would be a form of disconnection.

We deeply respect the body as it is, here and now.

We learn to listen to it, to honour it, to let it guide us. The posture you take on the mat is a reflection of your posture in life: it speaks of your way of being, of feeling, of setting your limits or opening your heart.

A space open to everyone

Classes are open to all levels, even if you have never practised yoga before.

There is nothing to "succeed" at, nothing to prove.

You simply need to be there, with sincerity.

If you feel a call, a curiosity, a desire for connection, you are welcome.

One day after another, one breath after another, we move forward together towards greater awareness, vitality and inner peace.
